Return Policy
At TEXEiDA Graphics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
