At TEXEiDA, embroidery is our specialty. Our main goal is to focus on what we do best, which is something that only a few other companies offer these days. We specialize in creating embroidered logo headwear and apparel. We don't sell other items like magnets, pens, or coffee mugs because it would distract us from our core expertise. We concentrate on logo embroidered headwear and apparel because that's where our knowledge and skills shine.

Customer Supplied Items.
At TEXEiDA, we prefer to work with clothing and items that we get from our suppliers. We choose these specifically because they have been tested and proven to be suitable for embroidery. Embroidery machines can be unpredictable at times and can sometimes damage garments. It's possible for us to encounter unexpected issues when sewing on materials that we haven't tested before. If we have supplied the garment or item, we have factored in a margin for error in the cost, and we'll replace it if necessary. However, we are unable to replace garments or items that we have not sold or provided. As a result, we do not embroider on clothing given to us by our clients. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
3D Puff Embroidery on Caps.
Puff or 3D embroidery is a technique where the thread is sewn over a foam piece to create a raised design. Many embroidery shops offer puffy foam for embroidery on ball caps and other garments that are washed infrequently
Flat Embroidery
Flat embroidery is 2D embroidery and the logo or design is stitched directly onto the surface with thread. Flat embroidery is "flat" and there is no depth.
Pricing
To understand our pricing for logo embroidery, we charge a one-time fee (usually $30) to create the digital embroidery file. This fee is separate from the cost of the first order. We display this fee upfront so that it doesn't increase the price of the garment or embroidery. You only have to pay this fee once, not every time you place an order. Additionally, if you order 50 or more pieces with your first order, we won't charge this fee.
Once we have created the digital embroidery file for your logo, you will only be required to pay for the garment itself and the embroidery charge. As you order larger quantities, both of these costs will decrease.
Regarding garment prices, if you order at least 36 pieces, there will be a 10% discount on every item. For orders of at least 75 pieces, there will be a 15% discount, and for orders of at least 150 pieces, there will be a 20% discount. This discount is calculated based on the total size of the order, which can contain a mix of styles, sizes, and colors.
Additionally, we offer special discounts for non-profit organizations, churches, government agencies, as well as military, police, and fire departments.
Headwear Artwork Placement
Choose where you want the artwork to be placed. Our standard size for designs that are centered is 2.5 inches tall and 4.2 inches wide (if possible). For designs that are offset, the maximum size is 2.5 inches tall and 3.2 inches wide. If you need different dimensions and your artwork can accommodate it, please let us know in the order notes. The biggest area for embroidery is 6.5 inches wide and 2.5 inches tall. Designs are limited to 11,000 stitches. About 90% of designs fit within this size limit by default. Any designs that exceed this limit will require an additional charge of $1 per 1,000 stitches.
Color Change
You can change the colors in your design, but you need to order at least 6 items for each color combination. For instance, if you want 6 black hats, you can have red stitching on them. Similarly, if you want 6 white hats, you can have black stitching. If there are any specific instructions or details about your order that we should know, please let us know. For example, if your logo has black text and you ordered black hats, please tell us what color stitching to use. Also, if you have selected different color hats, please list the colors of stitching you want for each set of 6 or more hats. You can choose only one color combination for each set.
Appliqué Embroidery
Appliqué is ornamental needlework in which pieces or patches of fabric in different shapes and patterns are sewn or stuck onto a larger piece to form a picture or pattern. It is commonly used as decoration, especially on garments
